RETURN POLICY
We oblige to provide a replacements under the circumstances:

When the product received is found with a genuine manufacturing defect or damaged during shipping

If the package is damaged in transit

When an incorrect product has been delivered to you

No replacement will be given in the following situations:

There are chances of having minor design and color variations in the process of handcrafted products

If the returned products are in used or damaged condition

If you change your mind after purchasing or on receipt of the product

1) What should I do in case the package is damaged?
Please do not accept the package if it appears damaged, crushed, wet or leaked from the outside. There are possibilities of damage that can happen during transit in the hands of the courier company. But, if you find any damage after you open the parcel, request you to report the damage to us through email (support@pmcestore.com) with a proper description along with images of the parcel within 24 hours of the delivery.

2) What is the process of replacement?
I) We request you to send the replacement requests for eligible products to us by emailing to support@pmcestore.com within 24 hours of the delivery of the product. Please mention the following details in the email:

Your registered email ID

Name of the damaged product and damaged quantity

Description of the issue

Clear photographs of the package and the damaged product
II) We will review and confirm your replacement request if it is approved within 48 hours through email
III) We request you to pack the defective product properly and send us through India Post
IV) Our team will verify the damaged/defective product after receiving it from you. The replacement will be authorize within 2 days.
V) On approval from the verification team, the replacement will be shipped in 48 hours based on the availability of the product. You may be contacted by our team if the product is unavailable at that moment. You can pick a different product or choose refund. The refund process will take 7-10 working days.

3) When will I receive a replacement?
Replacement will be shipped within 48 hours of the receipt of the original item, subject to the below conditions:

The products should be unused, unsoiled and unwashed.

The products should have the original tags and should be in the original package.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above conditions would not be accepted. No replacement will be provided for such products.

4) Can I choose a different product as exchange?
Yes, you can choose a different product as exchange.

5) How much time does it take to issue the refund?
The refund will be credited within 7-10 working days from the receipt of the returned goods.

6) How is the refund made?
Refund will be sent to the same account using which the payment was made. If it is not possible for our Payment Gateway to send the refund to the same account due to the expiry of the refund window, we will request you to provide an image of a canceled cheque using which we will send the refund through online fund transfer.
7) Can I modify or cancel my order?
No, you can’t modify or cancel an order once the order is placed successfully on the website.
