THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Which are the locations available for delivery?
    We deliver to all in India the locations that are deliverable by ST Couriers or India Post.
  • How soon do you dispatch an order?
    Product will be dispatched within 48 – 72 hours after receiving the order. You will be notified by SMS and Email once the item is shipped along with the courier/India post tracking id But, In some cases, it may take 3 – 5 working days depending on the availability of item. Some rare products which are unavailable and that need production, may take longer to dispatch. Prior intimation will be provided in such cases through phone / SMS / email.
  • When will my order get delivered?
    We provide 3-7-day delivery in over the deliverable locations in India through India Post.
  • How much do you charge for delivery?
    We provide free delivery anywhere in India for orders Rs. 1,500 or more. For orders till Rs. 1,499, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 for delivery anywhere in India. For the products which are large or heavy, a separate Packing & Handling charges will be applicable and the same will be displayed on the respective product page.
  • How can I track my order?
    The courier / India Post tracking details will be sent to you through an email and SMS. You can check the status of your order by clicking on the link provided. The status of your order at every step will be shared with you through email and SMS. You can contact our customer support if you have any queries.
  • Which courier do you use to deliver?
    We use ST Couriers or India Post.
  • What should I do if the carton is damaged or tampered at the time of delivery?
    We request you not to accept delivery of parcels where the carton is damaged, tampered or the brown-tape seal is broken. Please take a photograph of the parcel before refusing and send the same to us through the email support@pmcestore.com
  • How to know if my order is confirmed?
    You will be notified through email & SMS for all successful orders. In pmcestore website, you can go to’My Account’ page and check the status of your order at anytime.
  • My bank account is debited but order status on the PMC eStore website is showing as Pending?
    This happens due to technical errors either from the bank or the payment gateway. We receive notifications for every successful and unsuccessful payment from our payment gateway. Your order status will be updated manually and the same will be intimated to you through SMS & email.
  • How do I place bulk orders?
    You can send in your inquiries about bulk orders to sales@pmcestore.com
  • Do you provide Gift wrapping?
    As of now, we do not provide gift wrapping
  • Do I receive a copy of invoice?
    The digital Invoice will be sent through email. And the a printed copy of the invoice will be shared to you along with the parcel.
  • Do you ship outside India?
    We currently ship in India only. If you want to delivery outside India, you can order manually by emailing to sales@pmcestore.com
